For this reason, every single key ingredient —from sun-kissed San Marzano tomatoes to DOP Campania buffalo mozzarella, and the flour for our dough— travels directly from Campania to Barcelona. We respect our raw ingredients so as never to alter the genuine flavours of our childhood, guaranteeing the authenticity of recipes passed down through generations.
