Any personal data you provide via the contact or booking form will be used to process your request (table booking, takeaway order or general enquiry) and will not be passed on to third parties unless required by law or as described in the following section.

Marketing communications: if you have made a booking with us, we may email you news and offers from Da Nanni about similar products and services, on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can object and unsubscribe free of charge at any time, via the link included in every email or by writing to danannipoblenou@gmail.com.

Advertising measurement: to find out which campaigns bring us bookings, we share with Google Ads an encrypted identifier (SHA-256 hash) of your email address and phone number, together with the date and the restaurant of your booking. Google uses it solely to check whether that booking came from a click on one of our ads, and does not receive your name or any other booking details. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising; you may object at any time by writing to danannipoblenou@gmail.com.
